SHIPPING POLICY
Orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt and shipped within 3-5 working business days, unless it is prohibited by an act of God or uncontrollable circumstances. If this ever becomes the case, we will notify you via e-mail.
Please note: Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on the number of items in your order and your location. We aim to keep shipping costs as low as possible by using flat-rate packaging and efficient packing methods.
Please be sure to enter the correct postal address information. We will not be held responsible for items shipped to an incorrect postal address provided on your behalf or deemed undeliverable due to incomplete address.
We will not be held responsible for items that are left at your door by courier that shows a proof of delivery receipt in our system. If your courier tries to deliver packages on multiple days without success due to a signature being needed or no one being home, the package will be returned to us for non-delivery. You will be responsible for paying shipping cost to have it sent out again.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to sanitary and health reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on our handmade soap products. We strongly encourage you to be certain of the product you choose before confirming your order. If there is a mistake on our part regarding your order, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to resolve the issue in a timely manner.
